Menus can be inspired by a wide range of flavors from Italian, French, American, and open-fire cooking to Asian, Mexican, Brazilian, and Latin-inspired dishes, always crafted around the season, the setting, and the people at the table.

Raised in the lush Pacific Northwest, Paige learned early to recognize and work with the land, gathering mushrooms, nettles, fiddlehead ferns, wild berries, and seasonal greens.
Medicinal Cooking
From naturally fermented sourdough to deeply restorative bone broths, Paige’s cooking is rooted in the belief that food can both nourish and restore.
Culinary Botanicals
Under the guidance of Dr. Michele Burklund, Paige spent five years studying medical herbalism, learning to work with plants not only for flavor, but for their deeper therapeutic properties.
